首元、裾、袖などフランス製のふち飾りはただ縫われているだけでなく、斜め裁ちされています。お客
さまのご要望にお応えするためには、手で仕上げなければなりません。ヨークは角を切ってシワができないように3回に分けて縫い付けています。

ポケットは普通のものと比べると数は半分ですが、その分深い造りになっています。
普段目に入らない裏地は丈夫で肌触りも良いです。
ギャバジン布はウール100％ですから、特に肌触りもよく、ふわふわしています。

cut; requires more fabric, must be set in by hand. Yoke not just tacked in, but corner-notched, set in with 3 separate bias-bound seams for puckerless fit.

Facing on slash pockets 1/2" deeper than normal, lining finer yet strong, so pockets are absolutely
invisible along A-line seams.
Gabardine is 100% wool in a particularly fine, soft weight.

and bound as if they did.

裏地は子ヤギの皮製。シワがよらずにきれいに履けます。
外側は子牛のなめしを使用し、すこしの欠陥もありません。
カシミヤのスエードが加わったら、もう言うことはありませ
ん。

全体に22種類の生地を縫い合わせている表面は、継ぎ目がほ
どんど見えないのに、丈夫にできています。なめし皮は、ち
ぎれも、切れもしません。ただただ軽いのです。靴の重さは
たったの170グラム… 平均より3割も軽いのです。

靴底は手で調整しています。（ナイフを使ってね）中心ほど
厚く、丈夫です。端に行けば行くほど薄く、見た目もよく、
軽いのです。

すべての部位…目に見える部位（表面、裏地、靴底）も目に
見えない部位（かかと、つま先、内底）も100％すべてなめ
し皮を使用しています。

Combined with cashmere suede, so-called for its unusual silkiness.

Leather not just chopped out by dies, but cut, worked and fitted entirely by hand for lightness. Shoe weights just 6 ounces... 30% lighter than average.
