Ronrico from Puerto Rico is a fanatically dry rum and it unsweetens Daiqiris in the most delicate way. Nice. It has taken 92 years to make a rum this dry. Note the crest on the tabet. It was granted to the Marques de Arecibo of the Eonrico family in 1889 by the King of Spain. "El ron de los nobles," say the Spanish. The lime and Daiquiri mix in the picture show the two ways to make a good Daiquiri.There is only one wqay to make it dry.

As you descend the cool, Schweppervescing depths, you detect a curious dry, light aura. My, it's good.
