ウォーキー･トーキー(携帯無線電話機)の息子です。ただし相手は画像です
(残念なことに、この新開発テレビはウォーキー･トーキーのように２ウェイ･
セットではありません。でも、私たちはそうしようとしています)。
すばらしく鮮明に受像します。非帯熱で寿命の長いトランジスタ32石と、
走査線が目だたないフラット･フェイス、ゆがみの出ないブラウン管のおか
げです。歩きながら見るために、内蔵バッテリー･パックと肩ひもの中に組
み込まれたアンテナつき(背が高ければその分、映りがいいだろうという人も
いますが、まさか、ね)。坐って見る人のためには、お宅のＡＣ電源コンセント
に合うＡＣプラグと伸縮自在のマスター･アンテナがついています。あなただけ
のウォーキー･ウォッチーのスイッチを入れて、さあ、出かけましょう。育ち
すぎたティーンエイジャーさん。

The Walkie-Watchie．
Son of Walkie-Talkie. But with pictures. (Unhappily, this new TV
development is not a 2-way set like the Walkie-Talkie. But we are
working on it.) It does receive brilliantly though. Thanks to its 32 little
long-living, heat-free transistors and its flat-faced, non-distorting pic-
ture tube that doesn't show the scanning lines. For walking-watching
it operates on a built-in battery pack and a built-in antenna right in
the shoulder strap. (Some say the taller you are, the better the recep-
