19 Persons Who Came Back To DDB (2)

AD Kathe Moosliephoto), who was with DDB-LA for four-and-a-half years before leaving to move to N.Y., spent one month at another large agency before, with a sigh of relief, returning to DDB in N.Y.

Copywriter Hank Volker had only worked at DDB for nine or 10 months starting in October of 1968 when he left to work for Compton. He was there for three years; returned to DDB in June, 1972. Why? "It's the best place I've ever worked-and I've worked at lots of them," says Hank.

TV Producer Nancy Campbell, here for two-and-a-half years, moved to England, and returned to DDB-NY in April.

Art Supervisor Charlie Gennarelli(photo), back at DDB after an interval of four-and-a half years, during which he was an AD Group Head at Ogilvy & Mather, and Associate Creative Director of Norman, Craig & Kummel. His comment on returning: "Every agency has a philosophy, and my idea of the way advertising should be done is the DDB way."

Bet there isn't another ad agency in the world that could put together an article like this for its magazine.
